MARY'S EXPERIENCE

Company Leader

Mary is a career expert and author of relevant articles, workbooks, and other educational materials. She has more than two decades of experience in resume writing, personal branding, career assessment, and counseling. She leads our team of dedicated professionals. 

Career Counselor

As a master’s prepared counselor, Mary takes a team approach to working with clients by engaging you in a dialogue. She communicates online, over the phone, or in-person to guide you in identifying career goals and making a plan for achieving them. Mary also helps our clients identify skills, interests, abilities, and realistic job goals based on labor market trends.

Helping You Build a Professional Brand

For us, our working relationship with our client often starts with something concrete and meaningful. We may begin by working closely with you on a resume and find you also need help understanding how to position yourself for a job search or a new role. Or, you may also need to further refine career goals or practice interviewing. We are here for you, regardless of what you need to be happy in your new job or career.

Creating Your Profile

Aside from crafting resumes and social profiles and platforms online, we practice interviewing skills and provide education, tips, and feedback along the way. Most feel more confident approaching job search, can easily identify their career goals, have the tools, resources, and abilities they need to secure their dream job.

Mary is open to discussing individualized, hourly, or flat rated packages.

Career Change Experts

Recently, many are transitioning from one career to another to enhance their quality of life. A career changer may need or want to change jobs, locations, or working setups.

We are a specially trained team that helps a client navigate a career change through coaching. Commonly, this type of service is sought out after a layoff, injury, or RIF to help make the change from their prior role to a new, and often, a different one.

Meet Our Team

Vocational Counselors

Pat Highcove and Dane Crook are based in Baltimore who also have more than 20 years of experience and excellent reputations as both defense and plaintiff attorneys. Primarily they handle Workers' Compensation in Baltimore and DC but can do parts of Western Maryland, Southern Pennsylvania, Northern Virginia, and Southern New Jersey if needed.

Administrative Assistant

Nancine Daniels has a Bachelor's degree in Business and specialized training in medical billing and coding.
She brings her management and customer service skills to our team and keeps the whole operation moving forward.
